The house is about 90 sq m and is entirely at your disposal. The entrance is from a private garden of about 200 square meters equipped with sunbeds,covered patio area with table and chairs. On the ground floor there is the living area and a fully equipped kitchen (built-in electric oven, small electric oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, kettle, americano coffee machine, moka, toaster...), bathroom with bathtub and washing machine. Upstairs a bathroom with shower. The first double bedroom overlooking the garden and pool equipped with a closet and dresser, the second double bedroom overlooking the garden equipped with a large dresser. The apartment is located along the road where the cycling event L'Eroica takes place. The property is about 7 km from the village of Asciano, in 30 minutes you can reach Siena, Arezzo and Montalcino. At about 15 km there are the thermal baths of Rapolano. You will find all additional information on site upon arrival. Available on request with an extra fee a change of bed linens and towels.
